  • School Materials: Companion Student Workbooks, bookmarks, and presentation resources provided during campus visits are licensed solely for non-commercial, educational use within the purchasing school.

3. Proposals, Quotes & Event Bookings

  • Non-Binding Inquiries: Submitting an availability inquiry, price request, or scheduling a discovery call through this Site does not constitute a binding booking contract.

  • Official Agreements: Event dates are officially locked in only upon the execution of a formal proposal, signed agreement, or official school district Purchase Order (PO).

  • Pricing & Availability: All listed tour availability and package pricing are subject to confirmation at the time of formal quoting.

4. User Conduct & Form Submissions

When submitting information through our contact forms or booking calendars, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete contact and school information.

  • Use official school or district email addresses where applicable.

  • Not upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, spam, or unlawful content.

5. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our Site utilizes trusted third-party tools to enhance user experience, including Calendly for scheduling and Google Workspace for communications. We are not responsible for the availability, privacy practices, or content of external third-party websites or services.
